Refund Policy

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval or return authorization will not be accepted.

Please note that if you reside outside Spain, shipping times may be longer than expected.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.


EUROPEAN UNION 3-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.


The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
